If you’ve been on the internet at all in the past two days, you’ve seen the adorable video of a domesticated fox romping around on a bed.

That fox is named Juniper and she’s the happiest mutherpuppin’ fox on the planet.

Like most domesticated canines, Juniper ruvs belly rubs.

She also likes hanging out with her sibling.

She likes it A LOT. A whole lot!

Just like any other ‘dog,’ Juniper steals her human’s favorite chair.

Unlike other canines, she actually loves baths!

Not only is this “pup” sly, she’s also really smart.

Juniper’s a pawesome sous chef!

Oh, and she’s also a unicorn.

For fox’s sake this girl is adorable!

Juniper is so adorable that her Instagram has over 99,000 followers. All of this attention has her mom a bit worried though. Having a domesticated fox as a member of your family is not easy. She loves her little girl, but she doesn’t want to encourage people to rush out and get a pet fox.

Among other things, she says:

Foxes are not like owning a dog or cat. Foxes smell. Bad. Their urine and feces smell like skunk mixed with ammonia. There is no way to “de-scent” a fox. You cannot keep a fox indoors 24/7.They need an enclosure no less than 10′x10′ for ONE fox (Seriously.)
Foxes are destructive, they will destroy things in your house.

We all know that bringing a canine into your home is a huge responsibility. Bringing a fox into your home magnifies that responsibility 100% – at least.

Juniper sure is a cutie, but it’s probably best that we admire her, and other foxes, on the internet, rather than bringing them into our own homes.
