Potato the actual potato puppy is only around five weeks old but he’s already endured worms, mange and fleas among other ailments. He’s one of seven puppies from a litter that was separated from their mother to be sold in a pet store.

Luckily for Potato, he ended up being fostered out through Wollongong Animal Rescue Network Inc. to a family with two Pit Bulls who know exactly how he feels.
Pikelet and Patty Cakes are the two previously orphaned rescue dogs who awaited Potato at his new foster home and they have taken him under their paws. Having been in a similar situation themselves, they have “adopted” him into their pack and are determined to nurse him back to health with good old brotherly love! If this isn’t the cutest little family of warriors you’ve ever seen, I don’t know what is.
As if that’s not cute enough, I’d like to bring your attention to the fact that this puplet is literally just a tiny furry potato.
