Puppy Spa Day, by Frida

Puppy Spa Day, by Frida

Herro everybody. Now, usually when I post here on The BarkPost I’m usually talking about my mail dog duties or my dream career of becoming a treat blogger, but I’ve got an experience to share.

You see, I have this friend, Bruce Willis. (She’s a lady pup.) Bruce is one of my best pup pals, but Bruce is not a tidy pup. I’d even go as far to say that Bruce is a bit gross. (I ruv her, though.) πŸ™‚

You see, Bruce has no shame. She loves to, (pardon my indecency) poo in public, roll in mud puddles, and romp in NYC trash heaps. (Eep!)

I rest my case. So, since I have all of these innovative and wonderful hygiene products from my work testing the items that go in each month’s BarkBox, I asked Bruce if she would have a puppy spa day with me. (The smell was getting bad, guys.)

There were puppy bath robes…
dog bath robes
BarkBox branded, of course.

Deep cleansing paw fizz tablets from Warren London

Some all-around rub-a-dub-dub-scrubbin’…

Some brushin’…

(I hadn’t been brushed in a while.)

Some “Simply Shiny” spray from EcoDog

Some claw-paintin’ thanks to PetHead

And some handmade leis (and flower!) from Lei Woof! Ruv this little company. πŸ™‚

After a little bit of extra primping and fluffing, I’d say the spa day was a success! (Bruce definitely smelled better.) πŸ™‚

But I’m not quite sure she’ll ever do it again. Le sigh. πŸ™‚ (Ruv you Bruce.)
