KLM’s lost and found services just got a whole lot cuter. The dedicated team at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol strives to return left behind items to their rightful owners, whether it be a cell phone, teddy bear, or wallet. They sniffed out a way to make the process a little more efficient…and bring a smile to passengers’ faces!
Update: Rumor is this is a fake marketing campaign. When asked about it, KLM said to consider Sherlock their mascot. It’s so brilliant and adorable that we don’t care. 😉
