Cane is an immensely loved, beautiful Pittie from North Texas, who was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer and given just months to live.
Cane’s parents, Anna and Justin Carter, who adopted Cane from the Wylie Animal Shelter the day after Christmas in 2008, spent a happy 6 years together before they got the sad news.
While the news most surely wasn’t easy on them, they decided to do the best they can for their pup by creating a bucket list for Cane so he knows he is very, very loved by his family.
As the Carters slowly and steadily cross off items on Cane’s bucket list and as a family with two Pit Bulls, they just want to pass on one message — That Pit Bulls are beautiful, loving, and misunderstood dogs who deserve a warm, furever home.
