Oscar was a stray, found chained up outside in North Carolina. When he was picked up by PAWS of Hertford County, he went to a “failed foster” family who fell too much in love with him to let him go. Now he gets serenaded by his tiny human sister and LOVES every moment of it.

In the video posted to his Facebook page, the girl can be heard softly singing to a sleepy Oscar while stroking his head before he comes up for a nose boop. (Trust us, the precious levels are off the chart.) According to the post, she often sings him to sleep.

Since being rescued, Oscar has passed his ASPCA SAFER testing and has become an AKC Canine Good Citizen. He lives inside his forever home, never to be chained up outside again, with his two human siblings and an elder cat. Good boy, Oscar!
