For the employees at Superior Auto Shop in Frankfort, Indiana, it seemed like another day with another vehicle. Until, that is, they made a shocking discovery in the repossessed SUV they were working on: there was a 1-year-old Pit Bull mix shivering in the trunk of the car.
The Pit pup was heard barking in this crate in the back of the vehicle.
Although the pup was hungry and lying in his own waste when he was found, he is now recovering nicely at The Humane Society of Clinton County, putting on healthy weight and receiving treatment for the parasites he sustained. He also earned himself a new name, Repo, in honor of the team that found him, as well as a nickname: “Po.”
