There’s something special about a tripawd dog who doesn’t let his missing leg keep him from enjoying life.

Mutts in a Rut Rescue in Cleveland, Ohio uploaded and shared this video on their Facebook page of the cutest play session between Dozer, an adoptable Pittie, and Reggie, whose previous owner’s neighbor had shot him in the leg. When his new owner met him, he fell in love with the pup, had the broken leg amputated, and they lived happily ever after.

Ok seriously is there anything cuter then two tripod pitties playing together?! Adoptable Dozer had a play session with Reggie. Reggie belongs to a coworker of mine. He came from the city kennel after being shot by his previous owner's neighbor. My coworker fell in love, had his shattered leg amputated and adopted him!

Dozer had his leg amputated about a month ago after a car accident shattered his leg, and he has recovered marvelously.

This was Dozer this morning, less then 24 hours after surgery. Standing on his 3 legs and wagging his tail! He seems to be feeling better already.

His Petfinder profile states that he’s “the happiest boy” and might even have “therapy dog potential!”

He looks especially dapper in his handsome bow tie!
