Trouble sleeping? Follow these 8 Tips From a Snoozin’ Master

Life can be ruff and we all have trouble sleeping sometimes. But follow these 8 tried and true tips from Rucca the Silly Frenchie, a snoozing expert, next time you’re having trouble counting those sheep.
1.) Synchronized Snooze: grab a buddy and try Snchronized Snoozing, always works for me 🙂
2.) Plank Snooze: Get yourself into the plank position and you’ll be out like a light in no time!
3.) Have you tried the famous Sit Snooze? Works like a charm.
4.) Spoon Snooze: I’m getting sleepy just thinking about it.
5.) Squishy Face Partner Snooze: Grab a friend, squish your faces together and Zzzzzzz…
6.) Classic Pillow Snooze: Nothing special here folks, a good comfy pillow works wonders.
7.) A nice relaxing spa-w day always helps me catch some much needed Z’s
8.) When all else fails, beg your parents to get on the bed so you can steal all their pillows and leg space.
