If there’s anyone that knows a thing or two about dogified streetwear it’s me. I’m shamelessly obsessed and will always try and incorporate a little pup, whether it’s through a subtle scarf or paw print watch. Which is why I pretty much freaked out when I heard that Bark & Co. teamed up with BucketFeet to release a special edition shoe that we like to call Shoodles.
Yes, Shoodle is now a word and you’re going to hear it a lot this summer. It’s what everyone will be wearing on the runway – aka to the dog park.
The Bark & Co. Shoodles are patterned with exclusive artwork by Dave Coverly. Dave is also responsible for the adorable dog doodles that adorn our pawffice walls, our bags, and even show up on/in your BarkBox!
Aside from the drawings that will make you smile every time you look down at your pupified feet, Shoodles‘ are so mutherpuppin’ light and comfortable. Each shoe also has air nubs to massage feet human paws and a squishy bubble for your heels.
My favorite thing aside from the pups is the black and white design that pretty much matches everything in my closet. They’re also easy to clean. They can either be spot washed or thrown into the washing machine. Simply remove the insoles and wash them on cold. Just be sure to air dry them afterwards.
Rock them at the grocery store, in your office, dress them up with a plain summer sundress, throw them on with casual shorts – and of course, they make the pawfect dog walking shoe.
